Returns & Exchange

We carefully inspect the quality of each item before shipping and guarantee that our products meet the stated specifications.

A return or exchange is possible if a manufacturing defect is found, subject to the following conditions:

• The request is submitted no later than 10 (ten) business days from the date of receiving the item.
• The item shows no signs of use, mechanical damage, or alterations caused by the buyer.
• Photographs of the identified defect and documents confirming the purchase are provided.

Each request is reviewed individually.

Once a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the company will arrange a return, replace the item, or propose another agreed solution.
